Artistry JHB is thrilled to announce the first anniversary of our popular Music and Soul Sundays, taking place on August 25th.
To mark this milestone, we are proud to present a special Women’s Month edition featuring a live, stripped-down performance by the incredibly talented Mikhalé Jones, who has recently released her debut album as an independent artist, “Too Many Promises.” The evening will kick off in the Artistry Theatre, where Mikhalé Jones will not only perform but also unpack the stories and inspirations behind her latest work.
Following the performance, the celebration continues at the Listening Bar with an after-party that promises to be unforgettable, headlined by DJ Teedo Love, one of the most dynamic female DJs in the industry today alongside Jay Em, Chad Daniels & Kabeey Sax.
As we commemorate Women’s Month, we aim to close it off with a bang, celebrating the power and artistry of women in music. Over the past year, Music and Soul Sundays has become a platform for showcasing exceptional talent, with past performances by artists such as Yallunder, Lord Kez, and Marcus Harvey, Azana and Saudi.
